From AC Marriott (Santa Rosa)
Shuttles will begin running at 2:30 PM from the AC Marriott Hotel. The LAST SHUTTLE DEPARTS at 3:00-3:10PM. Guests will be dropped at the Redwood Marketplace parking lot,where smaller vans will take you on a short ride to Olive Oaks.
If Youâre Driving
Please park at the Redwood Marketplace in Sebastopol (north side). Shuttles will start from there around 3:00 PM. Look for the pickup spot on the north side of the lot in front of this building.
Important Note:
There is no guest parking at Olive Oaks. On-site parking is reserved for family and vendors.
If Youâre Taking Lyft/Uber
Carpool if possible! The drop-off area at the venue is narrow, so fewer cars will help things run smoothly. Please instruct the driver to only go 10mph when nearing the venue.
Return Shuttles
Shuttles will be ready for return around 9:30PM. They will drop off at both the Redwood Marketplace and the AC Marriott Hotel. If you need to leave early please call an Uber/Lyft.
